Location close to Prudential Shopping Center and Convention Center. Absolutely rude and arrogant front desk staff. Check-in without any greeting, maybe efficient but not friendly. Location, comfortable beds, clean. Noisy neighbors - hotel staff did not assist in quieting down. Beautiful hotel with great staff. Only complaint - thin walls, noisy neighbors - we contacted the front desk, yet no one ever asked our neighbors to quiet down.
