Friendly, helpful staff; good use of small spaces, not a cookie cutter hotel. 
Parking is 2+ blocks away in public lot, location hard to get to because of 1-way streets. Great little hotel. Unique rooms, modern, clean and efficient. Friendly and helpful staff. They were helpful in moving us to a new room with a queen bed after our first night. Mattresses were very hard and tiny bathrooms. N/A

Location is perfect Rooms could get makeover. Laminated furniture but the hotel rate is rather pricey similar to other high end hotels. Location is great but rooms are small and cheap looking.

Location was great right in downtown. No close parking, small room, was really hott even with the heat off. It was a nice hotel in a great location. Location. Great spot to explore Boston. Good staff. The air conditioning of the room was terrible. Bad unit, hard to work.
