Shuttle to airport was convenient. Two things, not close to downtown as promoted and next to railroad tracks. The hotel is aging and showing its wear. free shuttle to the subway was nice. not a far commute to downtown boston. most employees didn't speak english. no one really knew their way around the area! not far from city, free tram. exercize room is nothing more than tredmils. pool is located in another hotel. 24 hr bowling an arcade. freeport tavern has wonderful food. small rooms. most hotel employees do not speak english, or hardly do. breakfast buffe...Read More

Free breakfast, great location. Limited parking. No swimming pool. The parking is very small. The breakfast is free in the morning, but it is full of guests all the time. Nothing , I have better service at the McDonalds drive up window. Everything - hotel is in a bad area, shuttel is way too far away from downtown boston. Unfriendly employees who could care less about helping us with our stay, the worst overall hotel I have ever stayed in. It is way too far away from Boston.

Free breakfast. The confusing location; no maid service on 10/11/08. This Comfort Inn is overpriced and is located at a very confusing intersection of a network of roads.
